Feedback from players who self-registered using MyFootballClub is being requested by the MFC Co-ordinator.

The survey will help MyFootballClub consolidate the feedback and gain a better understanding on how they can improve MyFootballClub, and they would like as many responses as possible.

 
The survey will also be put on the MFC Website and the closing date for feedback will be Sunday, 6 May 2012.
