Match Report

The Lions had a terrific game. They scored their first goals of the season, won their first match and played extremely well as a team. Each week has seen the team improve in both skill and understanding of tactics and positions. Lexy and Max did a fantastic job in goals. Thomas and Eli backed them up with excellent defence. Daniel, Lily, Seb and Angelina all played vital roles in the midfield, positioning themselves so they got in the way of the other team and kept the ball down our end. Jordan ran tirelessly up and down the field, scoring both our goals with great attacking play.
