GOALS GALORE!!!!!! From the opening whistle the boys showed they're not in this higher Division to make up numbers. They passed the ball confidently and with purpose, and were unlucky not to be a couple of goals up in the early minutes. The standard of football excellence never let up over the fifety minute game. Tristan Watson scored a hatrick, Kali Ferris-Smith proved defenders can score goals by netting twice and tricky forward Isaac Morris added to the goal feast. At the other end of the field, Joshua Cox in his new role as Goalkeeper was absolutely sensational. Defenders Gieran Vowels and Liam Holmes both excelled as they used the available space in front of them and put us back on the attack. Tom Bowden and Dion Tomholt were both brilliant but Tristan Watson with his three goal tally pipped everyone for POTW. |
