Match Report U10.3 – 17-05-2008

Opposition Score 3

Match Report A disapponting result considering the amount of ball possession we had in this game. We conceded a couple of early goals and just couldn't claw our way back into the contest. Tristan Watson and Timothy Khina both showed their stamina and skill trying to get things working in the midfield but it was a game of few chances. Speedy forward Isaac Morris constantly tormented the defence and was unlucky not to break clear on several occassions. POTW was won by tough tackling defender Brandon DeJonge, his central defence with fellow defender Kali Ferris-Smith probably makes them the hardest hitting partnership in the Competition. After the final whistle, their Manager commented on our Star Goalkeeper Natasha Stork and how well she uses her voice to organise our defence. She's having a great season and the boys are appreciative of her dedication every game.
Goal Scorers PHILLIP TALBOT…Exceptional goal scoring rate for a midfielder.
