Club Refs

Club Referees

The NDSFA ("Nepean") will have a Club Referees programme in place for the 2012 season.

Any interested person, male or female, aged 14 years and above (must have turned 14), may register to complete the Club Referees training.

We encourage our members to undertake this valuable training with a view to having as many uncovered games as possible, managed by club officials who are equipped with at least a basic level of training

The first training session will take place on Tuesday, 13th March 2012. Training sessions will run for three consecutive weeks and will conclude with an exam on the 4th & final week.

Sessions will take place at Nepean’s club meeting/training room, Unit 9/51 York Road, PENRITH. Sessions will commence at 7.30pm and will conclude at 9.30pm. Club Referee Courses are free and uniforms will be provided to applicants, once they have successfully completed the course.

Payment for services provided by an endorsed NDSFA Club Referee are half of the FNSW Schedule of Referee Fees – click here for pay rate per game.

Doug Rennie OAM will be the course instructor.

If you are interested, please email admin@nepeansoccer.com.au to book in by Monday, 12th March 2012.

Club members may book directly with the association, however, we ask that you let us know of your intentions to attend the course. When registering, please provide Nepean with your name, your club name, your date of birth and a daytime contact phone number. A return email will be sent to you and to us to confirm your intention to enrol.

When attending the course, please bring paper & pen with you.

Note: a maximum of 40 applicants will be accepted for each course. In the event that Nepean receive more than 40 applications, a second course may be run on an alternate week day, which will be advised to second intake applicants.
