Match Report

Another quality game of football that was a pleasure to watch.

The confidence with which the boys pass the ball all over the field reflects the hard work they do at Training. POTW Hunter Turl stroked the ball all over the park, nearly always finding a Blue Mountains Player in a good position.

Sean Higgins is a newcomer to the side, but fitting in very nicely to these fast-paced games.

Forwards Gus Langworthy and Billy Moar netted four goals between them, just enough for us to Win this game 4-3. In the Post-Game chat Billy declared it was the best he’d ever played, and it’s a safe bet everyone in the crowd would have agreed.

Words like Challenging, Enjoyable, Tough and Competitive were used by the Players to describe the previous fifty minutes, and they were pretty much correct in summing the game up.

No injuries to Report, although Harry Burns might have an Eyesight Test after grabbing the ball 5 yards in from the Touch Line.
