There is a Team in Under 14’s
They call them Blax-a-lund
And it’s been the victor over many a poor team
And Lord, we know, we are one

They are the ladder leaders
But we are tough and keen
We were powered up with some good food
French Toast and cold baked beans

At 9 they blew the whistle
And then the game begun
Those Blaxlander’s came out heavy
At 9.02 we were down by one

But all our girls are fighters
They play so strong and true
We fought for ground and held our own
Those brave Under 14 Girls in Blue

We had not many chances
And there were a few dodgy calls
They pushed us hard and hit the net
With 4 more well placed balls

So Bluey’s tell your children
Just how well you have done
You may have lost, but played with pride
