Well, after a rough start to the season, with only 7 or 8 players for the first 3 games, the all ages ladies 4 has seemingly got it together and are working so well as a team. Winning the last 3 games, and scoring 20 goals this season the team is coming along in leaps and bounds, with coach James really providing a positive atmosphere. Most of the girls have never played before and never as a team so to be doing as well as we are is outstanding. Last weekend we played against st josephs and were in fine form winning, 5-0, special mention must be made to pip who was a machine, though all the girls played extremely well nd should be very proud of them selves. We must thank our coach and our supporter who turn up weekly and lets hope our winning streak continues. cheers |
