A very tough encounter in which we played well against talented opposition. Both Tristan Watson and Jarrod Hearndon showed skill in the midfield with plenty of hard tackling and running at the opposition with the ball. Kali Ferris Smith was absolutely sensational in the defence constantly being the first to the ball before releasing a well placed pass. Joe Poole in the role as striker performed well and he once again showed how well he reads the game with nice passes into gaps. Billy Hayes played many positions in this game, his positive attitude winning him the POTW Award. |
