Match Report U7 Hawks (09-04-2011)

Match Report	Today’s game started with a great team effort resulting with Lachlan scoring the first goal. All the boys played well, with plenty of passing and tackling when the Emus came into attack. Graeme’s coaching is paying off, with the boys starting to spread out and dribble the ball up the field. Mathew had a brilliant game with lots of attacking play, and plenty of shots at goal that nearly scored. Controversy in the second half when the Hawks tried to argue that an own goal accidently kicked in while defending didn’t count! Sorry boys, but that was one for the Emus. Plenty of exciting play kept all the parents entertained. Well done boys! William was given the trophy for Player of the Match.
