| Match Report | We played with spirit and determination, and with alittle more luck, could of scored more goals. Matthew Trigg and Brendan Edwards both started as forwards and always looked dangerous, both having tremendous pace. Ed De Mattia, David McCauley and Ben Green all battled bravely for every ball in the midfield and played intelligent passes. Our goal came from a Jack Wrightson breakaway, he shruggled off defenders and hit a solid shot past the keeper. Player of the Week was well deserved by Zac Hameister, rock solid in defence and always ready to sprint back and cover any opposition breakaways. |
