* U5s–U7s play at Knapsack Park every Saturday morning (excluding the middle weekend of public school holidays). Training sessions of skills/drills commence at 9:00am; games commence at ~9:30am (2 x 20-minute halves).

* U8s–U9s play other Mountains teams (BMFC, Blaxland, Springwood, Hazelbrook, Wentworth Falls) on Saturdays – kick-off times vary.

* U8-U9 Girls-only teams and U10s–U16s play across the Nepean Football Association on Saturdays – kick-off times vary.

* U16 Girls and up play across the Nepean Football Association on Sundays – kick-off times vary.
