It was always going to ba a tough morning against table toppers Penrith FC. Tom Bowden, Tim Wohlers-Reichel and Connor Stanners all worked tirelessly in the midfield and matched the opposition. Dion Tomholt added lots of energy and hard work to the team and Phillip Talbot ran himself nearly to the point of exhaustion with his commitement to try and salvage something from the game. Joshua Cox playing goalkeeper, again showed incredible athleticism and bravery. All his team mates feel very lucky to have such a reliable keeper between the sticks. |
