Match Report: This Saturday saw BMFC U/8 White team travel to Hazelbrook to take on the Hazelbrook Hawks.
In a game that saw a strong start from the Hazelbrook team, their efforts were quickly shut down by great defence from Finn Story, Eden Bell, Issey Adam and Brax Newton. Any attempts at goal fell safely into the hands of Will Woods who had a great first half in goals. Midway through the first half, the Gr8 Whites really played like a team with great passing which lead to some good breaks up the field from Lachlan Perrin, Eden Bell, Felix Mossman and Brax Newton. The second half saw much of the same with BMFC White playing as a team often finding themselves in scoring positions. There were some great individual efforts from Elouise Bland, Felix Mossman and Will Woods which saw them dominant in the second half. As a playing group it was really positive to see all of the team putting in 100%. It was a great game to watch, but better still, it was clearly visible that all players were proud of their great individual efforts which gave the Gr8 Whites a great overall team result.
