Match Report

Another beautiful day at Knapsack and after a slow start the Dingos played a fantastic game against the Springwood Giraffes.

At the beginning they were all a little bunched and playing on top of each other. Natasha took to the field and immediately found some space and put in a perfect sideline cross which resulted in a goal.

Lachlan B was exceptional in defence as usual and was able to put in some big kicks at the right time. Saxon’s speed and cunning defence had the opposition rattled and Josh’s defence and movement of the ball forward was great. Harry was first up GK and stopped several very strong attempts at goal.

Our goal scoring kicked off with Alek from a pass from Tash and he went on to score several more goals due to his ball skills. Lachie played a brilliant game in the striker position and scored several times. His team mates were finding him with great ball control and skill.

James was steady in defence and showed great communication when talking to his team mates on the field. Max covered the field brilliantly and seemed to be in everything. He was rewarded for his hard work and persistance with 2 goals.

Harry managed to sneak a goal in seconds before the final whistle blew and the Dingos where triumphant again.
