Match Report

A beautiful sunny morning to start the day off, the Hawks were eager to take on the Monkeys. A good warm up and a chance to practice their skills of passing the ball, kicking and dribbling, they were ready to start the game.

Within minutes Flynn scored the first goal, followed up with Addison and Tyler scoring 2 each. Michael worked well with the ball and helped prevent the other team from scoring on several occasions.

The team has really started to use their learnt skills well and now need to fine tune the skill of not fighting over the ball with their other team mates. They are all so keen to score that they try and tackle each other if it means the ball comes off their boot and into the goal nets. This will come in time as "team work" start to become more of their playing style.

Jarred was once again at the match to cheer on his team. It’s great to see him walking and even do small kicks with the ball.

Player of the match went to Addison Farnsworth for a good all round game.

Overall, another fun game played against the Monkeys. GO HAWKS.
