Match Report

The boys were up against top of the ladder team Henry Lawson, undefeated this season winning all their games.

We knew it was going to be hard based upon their position on the ladder and our last encounter with them going down 4/1.

The first 10 mins did not go to plan, we were down by 1 already, half time result 1/0.

Start of the second half, we knew they will come out strong based upon our last game with them,wanting to widen their lead, but we managed to score on the 4th minute from a strong attack to upset them 1/1 which ended up being the final result.

A new formation against this team worked well and the determination from the boys was pleasing to see. They stood strong holding back several attacks in the last minutes of the match, defending two corners and clearing it well.
