With this game, we played our "relos" from down the Hill – U7 Shark Lachlan Yabsley was playing against his cousin, and boy, didn't the boys from up the Hill play well. Joshua Kuipers was in fine form in the opening minutes of the game, whilst Sasha Duetoft played as the back line defender who made some attacking moves to help his team mates. Jacob Bishop had a good overall game, playing in the midst and on the outer fringes of the pack – earning him the POTM award. Drew Hamilton and Kegan Ryan were in great attacking, and scoring, mode. Along with his goals, Kegan also had three near misses, and Lachlan missed another scoring oppotunity, too. The team played well and are improving every week – well done, Sharks! Thanks ar eextended to Martin Bishop and Jason Ryan for refereeing and coaching, respectively – nice job, 'big boys'! |
