Blue Mountains continued to push forward, with Nick and Liam combining well on the flank and the ‘keeper just getting to Liam’s cross ahead of Rachel, and then Rachel winning a corner after connecting with a big clearance from James.
The close-fought struggle continued in the second half, and again it was Springwood who scored on a break after 12 minutes, with BM defenders still getting back into position after substitutes coming on to the field.
