Match Report U14.4 – 13 May, 2006

Match Report	Springwood started very strongly and were 3 goals up after 7 minutes. Blue Mountains defence of Liam, Tom, Will and Ben became more disciplined, moving forward well to make Springwood’s forwards offside, and this slowed down the goals. However Blue Mountains went in at half-time 5 goals down. The second half started in similar vein with Springwood scoring again after 2 minutes. However the game changed after this, with Blue Mountains defence and central midfielders Steven and Mitchell H making some good runs and working the ball to the flanks. Tim, Will and Scot worked well on the right to build several good attacks and create a chance for Rachel whose shot was saved. James, Rachel and Sarah combined well on the left to create another chance for Rachel whose shot went just wide and a cross where the Springwood keeper just beat Steven to the ball. Meanwhile the backs stood firm and Otis made a good save to prevent any further goals.
