BLUES WORRY COACH AND SUPPORTERS
On a sunny Sunday, the Blueys took the field once again, this time against Rovers, at the Rovers home ground.
The match started 30 minutes late due to a thriller curtain raiser, which went to a Penalty Shoot-out.

We all knew that it was do-or-die, for our team, the last throw of the dice, before the Grand-Final against Bandies.

Although the Blueys started off well, the steam that they had against Bandies, last week, was missing.

The game was not what one would call a classic game, but it still had its moments. At the end of the first half the score was 2-0 in favour of Rovers. At the break, the team talk was not full of panic, Nigel just told the boys to do what they were doing in the first half and they would get results.

In the 2nd half the referee awarded a Penalty to the Blueys, and Daniel stepped up, he placed the ball sweetly and the Goalkeeper, had no chance of saving it. Not long after that the Blueys scored another goal to bring the score at 2-2, so we were looking at extra-time, but the players, had a different thought in mind, the team scored its 3rd goal, with 10 minutes to go. It was the longest 10 minutes in not only the players day, but also the coach and supporters.

Next week they go against Band Club, hopefully they will bring the bacon home, and also the trophy.
