Submit Match Report

Blue Mountains Football Club – Match Report submission form.

Match reports submitted via this form will be automatically created. BMFC will then review the report and post it in the news feed. Points to note when submitting a match report:

Check Spelling – Ensure that you double-check spelling, capitalization, etc as the report will mostly be published exactly as it is entered.

Team – Note the following when selecting your team.

• Non competition teams (Under 5 to Under 11) cannot record the game score. The score options will disappear.
• If you played another BMFC team, please select Blue Mountains FC in the Opposition club list. A second option will appear where you can select the BMFC Opposition team.

Goal Scorers – Goal Scorer information should include the number of goals scored by player.

Player of Match – If there is no Player of the Match simply leave field blank.

Photo Submission – Photos may be submitted for publication with the match report on the website. Please ensure the file name clearly identifies the team and date photo was taken. For example 10-2-20150324.jpg would indicate a photo taken of the U10.2’s on 24 March 2015.

Your E-mail address – Enter you e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail when you have successfully submitted a report.

Website security – Our website hosting company runs a fairly secure system. Unfortunately this can block certain keywords or phases from being posted as they can be seen as a security threat to the database. If you post a match report and you get a 403 forbidden page, please e-mail us your report and we will post it manually.
