Sometimes the scoreline doesn’t reflect what actually happened over the previous fifty minutes.

The standard of football we played was absolutley breath taking and we were very unlucky to come away empty handed.

Heath Stanners was awesome, his tackling solid and passing perfect! Noah Clarkeburn played several positions and showed off his great understanding of the game.

Newcomer Billy Moar is a welcome addition; he showed off his Goalkeeping skills in the first half, then scored an absolute Screamer in the dying minutes to make the scoreline closer.

Illness caused a major reshuffle of the backline, but regular Sweeper Will Cooke showed why he is probably the best defender in this Competition.

Gus Langworthy worked hard through out the game, but with favourable decisions to Richmond with two goal line incidents, it just wasn’t going to be our day.
